Add 500 mL (per serving) of water, sauce, beef short rib, vegetables, shiitake mushroom to a pot.

Optional: Add red pepper for spicy flavor.

Bring to boil.


Boil additional 10 minutes on high heat.
Do not close the lid. Boil additional 10 minutes on medium heat.

Add jujube and boil 20~25 minutes on medium-low heat while spooning the sauce over the ingredients.
