Instructions

Heat 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on a pan.
Add pork belly for fried rice and stir on high heat for 1~2 minutes.

Add vegetables and stir on high heat for 1 minute.

Add kimchi for kimchi fried rice to the pan.

Stir on medium-high heat for 1~2 minutes.

Add sauce, sesame oil and a bowl of rice (about 210g).

Stir on medmium-high heat for 2~3 minutes.

On a separate pan, add egg and cook to your preference (over medium recommended).
