Start step 1 & step 2 simultaneously.
Submerge salad in cold water on a large bowl.
Leave them aside for 10 minutes.
Move vegetables to a colander and let the water drain.
Heat a pan.
Add sparer ribs.
Heat for 1 ~ 3 minutes on high heat while flipping the ribs so both sides are evenly cooked.
Add 75mL of water and heat for 5 minutes.
Add 3a (sauce).
Heat on medium heat for 5 minutes while flipping the ribs.
Heat on low-medium heat while flipping for 3~5 minutes (until almost all water has evaporated).
Move salad from step 1 to a bowl and add 3b (salad).
