Instructions

Add vegetables, kimchi for kimchi pancake, pancake mix to a bowl.

Mix well.

Add squid for kimchi pancake and 130mL of water (per serving) to the bowl. Mix well.

Heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.

Add one serving portion of ingredients from the bowl. Spread them flat evenly over the pan.

Heat on medium-high heat while pressing down with spoon for 4~6 minutes.

Flip the pancake. Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on the sides of the pan so the oil flows beneath the pancake.

Heat on medium-high heat while pressing down with spoon for 4~6 minutes. Flip one more time. Leave to cook for 1~2 minutes on medium-high heat.

Repeat per additional servings.
