Instructions

Add vegetables, pancake mix to a bowl and mix briefly.

Optional: Add long pepper for spicy flavor.

Add 125mL (per serving) of water to the bowl.
Mix well.

Add cut shrimp cut to the bowl.
Mix well.

Spread them flat evenly over the pan.
Heat on medium-high heat while pressing down with spoon for 4~6 minutes.

Flip the pancake.
Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on the sides of the pan so the oil flows beneath the pancake.

Heat on medium-high heat while pressing down with spoon for 4~6 minutes.

Flip one more time. Leave to cook for 1~2 minutes on medium-high heat.

Repeat per additional servings.
