This is probably a perfect dish if you are looking for a healthy protein dish with a good amount of flavor. You will simply add the marinated chicken breast also with pre-cut veggies into the pan, the stir for a few minutes. The dish has a savory soy sauce flavor, but it's also a bit on the bland side.

Instructions

Heat 1/2 Tablespoon of olive oil on a pan.

Add minced garlic. Stir on medium heat for 1~2 minutes.

Add chicken breast to the pan.

Stir on high heat for 2~3 minutes.

Add sauce.
Stir on high heat for 1 minute.

Add vegetables to the pan.

Stir on high heat for 2~4 minutes (until all the liquid has evaporated).
